A SÉZANE GIRL AT HOME - MY PARISIAN STYLE

If you have been following me on my Instagram you probably know that I'm the biggest fan of Parisian style and vintage inspired styles. One of my favorite brands that combines both is definitely SÉZANE.

I'm sharing with you some wonderful photos that they have inspired me to create and the pink carnations are adding the best touch to it.

was finally able to sort out my photos from our Roman holiday last month. I'm not going to lie to you, it wasn't an easy task. We took hundreds of pictures while we were there. Every corner is picture-worthy.

If you are planning a trip there, be sure to book your hotel in advance, the good places are gone very fast. We initially planned to book a place via AirBnb, but I'm always super lazy to make a decision in advance and all the good apartment were already taken two weeks before our trip. We ended up staying at a lovely apartment hotel - Sonnino Suite. It is situated very close to the Tiber river in the cozy area of Trastevere. We would definitely stay there again!

The most important thing you need to visit it Rome is the Colosseo. Go there early in the morning, because the queues are unbelievable, and it will take you at least an hour before you could enter.

While walking down the old streets of Rome we stumbled upon the Vespa Museum, and we couldn't be happier because we are the biggest Vespa fans ever.

Everyone has heard about the famous Trevi Fountain. It is the largest Baroque fountain in the city and one of the most famous fountains in the whole world. The fountain appeared in several notable films, including Federico Fellini's La Dolce Vita and the eponymous Three Coins in the Fountain. Don't forget to throw your coin in the fountain so you can visit this gorgeous city again.

The Spanish Steps are a set of steps in Rome, climbing a steep slope between Piazza di Spagna and Piazza Trinita dei Monti, dominated by Trinita dei Monti church at the top. Gorgeous place, pretty view, but unfortunately way too crowded to take a photo there without any other people in it. For the best photos, my advice is to try to visit the steps as early as possible in morning. If you are not a morning person like me you could just eat an ice cream and drink your coffee there in the afternoon while enjoying busy Rome's busy life and the pretty views around you.

ou have probably seen part of this photoshoot already on my INSTAGRAM, but I had to share the rest of the photos. Does it show that I have slept only four hours the night before the photos are taken? I hope not. Getting dressed that morning I had a completely different outfit planned for the day, but you know that the October weather changes rapidly, so I quickly put some clothes in my bag when I went out, in case I get cold outside. So after the temperatures dropped I had to put my sweater and jacket on. At that moment I realized I took a red sweater and I didn't even check if it fits with my pants. Guess, what? Unexpected outfit combinations are usually turning the best ones.
We have been passing these vans for many months before finally deciding to take some photos near them. Aren't they cute? I can't believe how fun they are. You can rent them from an agency and use them at your wedding. That would look like the perfect Free People style wedding.

1. Checked prints - they come almost every Fall and they are certainly a sign for me that the weather is getting colder (and days shorter). I'm wearing a vintage blazer borrowed from my husband's closet and I'm telling you, no one even noticed that it's not mine.

2. Red color - you can find the color red on almost everything this season - bags, shoes, clothes, even make-up. Trust me, red is the new pink.

3. Sock boots - I still remember the 90's when sock boots became popular. My Mom had two pairs and I kept walking in them around the house, pretending to be a fashionista. If you are not a fan of the 10cm heels you should definitely check for ones with kitten heels. Almost every high street brand have them in their collection at the moment.

Most importantly enjoy the trends, and if they fit your personal style, incorporate them into your outfits.
